In addition, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its '##' long-term rating and underlying rating on almost $1.2 billion in various existing general receipts bonds issued by and for UK. S&P Global Ratings also affirmed its '##-' rating on UK's $25 million series 2019A certificates of participation (COP) and UK's $7.5 million series 2019B COP secured by its subordinated general receipts pledge.
