Abstract:

On July 26, 2022, we affirmed our unsolicited 'BBB/A-2' long- and short-term sovereign credit ratings on Italy, and revised the outlook on the ratings to stable from positive. Following this rating action and the application of our criteria, we have affirmed our 'AA-' ratings on UniCredit SpA's mortgage covered bonds. At the same time, we revised the outlook on the ratings to stable from positive. Our stable outlook on the covered bond ratings reflects the stable outlook on our unsolicited long-term rating on Italy.
