SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) March 14, 2006--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised its rating outlook to stable from negative on Tucson Electric Power (TEP). Standard&Poor's also affirmed its ratings on TEP. The outlook revision was a result of financial results that, while not strong for the rating, exceeded Standard&Poor's worst-case projections.
