NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 4, 2005--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'AA-' long-term ratings and underlying ratings (SPUR) to Trinity Health, Mich.'s $59.13 million health revenue bonds series 2005B issued by Franklin County, Ohio; the $15.90 million health revenue bonds series 2005C, issued by Iowa Finance Authority; the $31.60 million series 2005I issued by Indiana Health and Educational Facility Financing Authority; and the $22.66 million and $52.44 million variable rate series 2005 G and H, respectively, issued by Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority. The outlook is stable. The bonds are scheduled to sell on or about November 14. In addition, the series 2005 B, C and I bonds are expected to be insured at closing by
