...December 9, 2020 NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 9, 2020--S&P Global Ratings assigned its '##-' long-term rating to $300 million series 2021 taxable bonds issued by the Trinity Health Credit Group (Trinity Health), Mich. At the same time, we affirmed our '##-' long-term rating, '##-/A-1+' dual rating, and 'A-1+' short-term rating on various series of existing debt issued for Trinity Health. The 'A-1+' short-term component of the dual ratings and our 'A-1+' rating on Trinity Health's commercial paper reflects our view of the credit strengths inherent in the '##-' long-term rating, as well as our view that Trinity Health's assets provide sufficient support for any liquidity demands associated with this debt. S&P Global Ratings monitors the liquidity and sufficiency of Trinity Health's assets monthly. The outlook on all long-term ratings is stable.
