NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 9, 2018--S&P Global Ratings revised its ratings on Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority's series 2008C bonds and St. Mary Hospital Authority's series 2012B bonds issued for the Trinity Health Credit Group to 'AA-' from 'AA-/A-1+'. "The revised ratings reflect the conversion to fixed rate from variable rate for the series 2008C bonds on Dec. 28, 2017, and the series 2012B bonds on Jan. 9, 2018," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Cynthia Keller. At the same time we withdrew our rating on Trinity Health Credit Group's series 2017 taxable bonds as the issue did not sell.
