...December 6, 2023 NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 6, 2023--S&P Global Ratings assigned its '###/A-1+' rating and its '##-' underlying rating (SPUR) to Triborough Bridge & Tunnel Authority (TBTA), N.Y.'s remarketed general revenue variable-rate refunding bonds, series 2005B-4a, with the '###' long-term rating on the remarketed bonds eligible to be rated above the sovereign based on our joint criteria and because the sovereign rating does not constrain the rating. "The rating reflects the TBTA's key credit strengths, including its large, mature seven-bridge-and-two-tunnel system that provides critical links to the congested New York City area, its strong financial performance, and its experienced senior leadership team," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Joseph Pezzimenti.
