S&P Global Ratings' stable outlook on the mortgage covered bonds ("Obbligazioni Bancarie Garantite"; [OBGs]) issued under Italy-based UniCredit SpA's (BBB-/Stable/A-3) mortgage covered bonds program reflects its outlook on Italy.
