Abstract:

We have assigned ratings to Trafigura Securitisation Finance's series 2021-1 medium-term notes. At the same time, we have affirmed our ratings on all outstanding issuances. The transaction securitizes a pool of trade receivables originated by Trafigura Pte. Ltd., Trafigura Asia Trading PTE Ltd., and Trafigura Trading LLC. This is Trafigura's sixth trade-receivables-backed medium-term note issuance. PARIS (S&P Global Ratings) July 22, 2021--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its credit ratings to Trafigura Securitisation Finance PLC's (TSF) trade receivables-backed series 2021-1 medium-term notes (MTN). At closing, TSF issued class A1 and A2 MTNs (together, the series 2021-1 class A MTN) and class B MTNs, and affirmed its ratings on all outstanding issuances (see list above).
