TOKYO (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 19, 2007--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today raised to 'BBB+' from 'BBB' its long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings on Toshiba Corp., while at the same time affirming its 'A-2' short-term and commercial paper program ratings on the company based on its steadily increasing tolerance to volatility in the business environment. The outlook on the long-term credit rating is stable.
