OVERVIEW Louisiana Local Government Environmental Facilities and Community Development Authority's ELL series 2014 and EGSL series 2014 are ABS transactions backed by system restoration charges. We affirmed our ratings on ELL class A-1 and EGSL classes A1 and A2. The ratings reflect our opinion of the credit enhancement provided by the true-up mechanisms and reserve accounts that support the ratings per our criteria for stranded cost securitizations.
