HONG KONG (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 26, 2019--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'A+' long-term issue rating to the proposed three-year, fixed-rate Euro drawdown of senior unsecured notes by The Export-Import Bank of China (the issuer) under its US$27 billion medium-term notes (MTN) program. The issue rating is subject to our review of the final issuance documentation. The rating on the issue reflects the long-term issuer credit rating on The Export-Import Bank of China. The notes issued constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated, and unsecured obligations of the issuer and at all times rank equally among themselves.
