Xcel Energy Inc. subsidiary Public Service Co. of Colorado (PSCo) filed its latest wildfire mitigation plan with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) for the 2025-2027 period. PSCo is seeking approval of its $1.9 billion spending plan, which incorporates advanced wildfire technologies and programs across its service territory, such as a public safety power shutoff plan (PSPS), enhanced powerline safety settings, and distributed weather stations.
