Despite continued softness across the company?s end markets, Ecolab achieved mid-single-digit percent revenue growth and margin expansion due to continued higher product pricing, new business gains, and lower supply chain costs. This growth was led by the institutional and specialty segment, which had robust sales growth and significantly outperformed softer industry trends due to labor-saving technologies. Additionally, accelerated water treatment sales growth, strong organic sales growth in the pest elimination segment, and digital innovations contributed to overall performance. We expect the trends of higher product pricing, new business gains, stabilizing raw material prices, and effective cost management through its restructuring program will continue to support revenue growth.
