In the first nine months of 2023, like-for-like sales were stable compared to the same period in 2022, while they reduced 4.9% on a reported basis. All regions but Northern Europe posted organic growth. Pricing initiatives fully compensated for the drop in volumes, while negative currency effects and negative structure impacts were 2.2% and 2.7% respectively. Sales contracted to a larger extent in the third quarter, as the effects of price increases implemented in 2022 gradually faded, given the more difficult pricing comparison basis and the overall sequential price stability since the start of the year.
