Abstract:

Organic net operating revenue for the nine months ended Sept. 26, 2024, increased 9% year over year--well above the company?s long-term growth outlook of 4%-5%. Net revenue growth for the period was 1.7% after adjusting for currency and divestitures. The overperformance was largely because of continued pricing actions in North American and Latin America. Excluding the pricing impact, organic growth was closer to 5%, still in line with the company?s target long-term growth rates and better than our expectations, particularly in North America where premium product growth, like Fairlife, offset a negative shift to larger pack-sizes and higher promotions.
