-- We lowered the corporate credit rating on auto supplier TRW Automotive Inc. to 'B' from 'B+'. -- We also lowered the rating on TRW's senior secured debt to 'B+' from 'BB' and revised the recovery rating to '2' from '1', and lowered the rating on the senior unsecured debt to 'CCC+' from 'B' and revised the recovery rating to '6' from '5'. -- We removed all ratings from CreditWatch, where they had been placed with negative implications on April 30, 2009. -- The outlook is negative.
