The rating reflects our view of the township's: Access to the employment centers of Atlantic City, N.J. and Philadelphia; Very strong income and strong wealth levels; Consistently strong reserves; and Low to very low overall net debt burden. The township's full faith and credit GO pledge secures the bonds Waterford Township serves an estimated population of 10,727 in Camden County and is located approximately 45 miles from Atlantic City.
