Standard&Poor's Ratings Services removed its 'AAA (sf)/A-1+ (sf)' ratings on Wachovia MERLOTS' series 2001A106, relating to Georgia Housing&Finance Authority's single-family mortgage bonds series 2001, and series 2006B11, relating to Georgia Housing&Finance Authority's single-family mortgage bonds series 2006A, from CreditWatch with negative implications. This action follows Standard&Poor's removal of its rating on the underlying bonds from CreditWatch with negative implications. SEC Rule 17g-7 requires an NRSRO, for any report accompanying a credit rating relating to an asset-backed security as defined in the Rule, to include a description of the representations, warranties and enforcement mechanisms available to investors and a description of how they differ from the representations, warranties and enforcement mechanisms in issuances
