We also assigned our 'AA' rating to the authority's series 2011 revenue refunding bonds. In addition, we affirmed the 'AA' underlying rating (SPUR) and 'AA' long-term rating on the authority's parity debt. The outlook is stable. As of Sept. 1, 2011, the system had outstanding $88.27 million in debt. The ratings are based on our opinion of the general creditworthiness of the retail utility systems that participate in TRA's Denton Creek wastewater collection and treatment system.
