The rating on the four series of bonds, issued on behalf of Trinity Health, Mich., is based on the ratings of Trinity Health ('AA-') and separate standby bond purchase agreements (SBPA) for each series, provided severally by banks rated 'A-1+' in the short-term by Standard&Poor's. The series 2000C SBPA is issued severally by Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen Girozentrale and Chase Manhattan Bank. The series 2000D SBPA is provided only by Morgan Guaranty Trust Co.
