Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-/A-1+' rating to Triborough Bridge&Tunnel Authority, N.Y.'s series 2005A and 2005B-2 general revenue variable-rate bonds. The 2005A bonds are a combination of three subseries of bonds: 2005A-1 bonds (California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS)), 2005A-2 bonds (California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS)), and 2005A-3 bonds (U.S. Bank N.A.). The 2005B-2 bonds are a combination of three subseries of bonds: 2005B-2A bonds (CalPERS), 2005B-2B bonds (CalSTRS)), and 2005B-2C bonds (U.S. Bank N.A.). This action also reflects a new letter of credit (LOC) provided by TD Bank N.A. for the 2005A bonds, substituting for previous LOCs provided by CalPERS, CalSTRS, and U.S. Bank.
