Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'SP-1+' rating to Morgan Keegan Municipal Products Inc.'s Residual TRs, series 2005C, relating to Tennessee Housing Development Agency's series 2004 CN-1 single-family notes. The rating is based on the Tennessee Housing Development Agency's notes. The rating on the receipts will change with the debt rating on the underlying securities. In addition, the rating does not address the likelihood that a Standard&Poor's rating on the underlying securities or the receipts could fall to below investment grade or how quickly such an event might occur.
