Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA/A-1' and 'AAA' ratings to Mesirow Municipal Funding's tender option bond series 2015-ZM0084 trust puttable floating-rate receipts (floaters) and inverse floating-rate receipts (residuals), respectively, relating to New York State Dormitory Authority's series 2015E state personal income tax revenue bonds issued for New York State. The long-term component of the ratings on the floaters and residuals is based on the rating on the underlying bonds (CUSIP#: 64990EY35).
