S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to the city of Temple, Texas' series 2017 utility system revenue bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA' rating on the city's outstanding system revenue bonds. The rating reflects the combination of very strong enterprise and financial risk profiles.
