S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to the State of Oregon's general obligation (GO) bonds, including the approximately $247 million series 2025E (Article XI(7) Interstate 5 Bridge Replacement project), $183 million series 2025F (Article XI-F(1) projects and refunding), and $196 million series 2025G (Article XI-G projects and refunding) bonds. The outlook is stable. The series 2025E, F, and G bonds are direct general obligations of the state secured by its full faith and credit and ad valorem taxing power. Proceeds from the series 2025E bonds will be used to finance the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project and costs of issuance.
