S&P Global Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating on the Southern California Public Power Authority's (SCPPA, or the authority) series 2010A and 2010B Tieton Hydropower Project revenue refunding bonds, issued on behalf of the electric systems of both the cities of Burbank and Glendale. The outlook is stable. We also withdrew our 'AA-' issuer credit rating (ICR) on SCPPA's Tieton Hydropower Project. We had assigned the rating in November 2009 in conjunction with the assignment of our 'SP-1+' short-term rating on SCPPA's series 2009A and 2009B revenue notes, as required by our bond anticipation note criteria.
