Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'SP-1+' short-term rating to Southern California Public Power Authority's (SCPPA or the authority) $33.7 million Tieton Hydropower Project revenue rotes, series 2009A, and $14.4 million Tieton Hydropower Project revenue notes, series 2009B (taxable), issued on behalf of the electric systems of both the City of Burbank, Calif. and the City of Glendale, Calif.
