Sixsigma Networks Mexico, S.A. De C.V. (KIO) growth strategy has successfully captured and retained a large amount of the demand for IT outsourcing in Mexico. Since its foundation in 2002, KIO has worked closely with Mexican government entities and large and mid-sized enterprises, retaining its largest customers for more than eight years on average. We believe the company's relationship with Mexican government entities will remain intertwined over the short to medium term, reflected in its large share of revenues from these long-term contracts. Moreover, KIO does not have short-term plans to expand into new countries, thus, we believe it will continue reinforcing its operations in countries where it currently does business, such as Mexico, Panama, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.
