Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A' rating to School Distict No. 7 of the Second Police Jury Ward of the Parish of Evangeline, Louisiana and the Seventh Police Jury Ward of the Parish of Acadia, , La.'s series 2016 general obligation (GO) school bonds. The outlook is stable. The bonds were authorized by the district's electorate at an election held in November 2015 and are secured by an unlimited ad-valorem tax levied on all taxable property in the district. Bond proceeds will be used for various school facility projects. The 'A' rating reflects our opinion of the district's: Strong financial position; and Moderate overall debt burden with limited future capital needs. The rating is constrained by our opinion
