Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised its outlook to positive from stable and affirmed its 'A-' long-term rating on the San Francisco City&County Port Commission, Calif.'s revenue bonds, issued for the Port of San Francisco. At the same time, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'A-' long-term rating on the port commission's series 2014A and 2014B revenue bonds. The outlook is positive.
