Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA' rating to San Antonio, Texas' series 2013C and 2013D junior-lien water system revenue bonds, series 2013E junior-lien water system revenue and refunding bonds, and series 2013F variable-rate junior-lien water system revenue and refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' rating on the system's senior-lien bonds outstanding and its 'AA' rating on the system's junior-lien bonds outstanding. Earlier this year, Standard&Poor's upgraded the senior-lien water system bonds, primarily reflecting strong management and planning, coupled with the trend of favorable debt service coverage and system liquidity.
