Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA' rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on Sacramento County Sanitation District Financing Authority, Calif.'s senior debt, secured by the net revenues of the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' rating on the authority's subordinate debt secured by the district. The ratings reflect the district's: Diverse and growing economic base, which includes the state capital; Affordable rates, which are expected to rise slowly over the next six years; Strong debt service coverage (DSC) and liquidity levels; and Conservative fiscal policies and practices.
