Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1' rating on Sacramento County Sanitation Districts Financing Authority, Calif.'s (Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District) subordinate-lien variable-rate revenue bonds series 2000C, due to the bank facility being extended to March 25, 2015. The long-term component of the rating is based jointly (assuming low correlation) on the ratings on the obligor, Sacramento Regional County San District, and the letter of credit provider, Bank of America N.A. The short-term component of the rating is based solely on the rating on Bank of America N.A.
