Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has revised its outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its 'A' underlying rating on Romeo Community School District, Mich.'s existing general obligation (GO) bonds. The district's unlimited-tax, full faith and credit GO pledge secure the district's outstanding bonds. The revised outlook reflects the district's recent and projected improved budgetary performance.
