Standard&Poor's Ratings Services confirmed its 'AA/A-1+' rating on Rochester, Minn.'s (Mayo Clinic) series 2000B, 2000C, and 2008B hospital variable-rate demand obligation bonds, due to the issues' bank facilities being extended to Jan. 7, 2015; Jan. 8, 2017; and Jan. 24, 2015, respectively. The long-term component of the rating is based on the rating on the obligor, Mayo Clinic. The short-term component of the rating is based on the ratings on the issues' liquidity providers: U.S. Bank National Association for series 2000B, Wells Fargo Bank N.A. for 2000C, and Northern Trust Co.
