Abstract:

Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised its rating on Richmond Hospital Authority, Ind.'s variable-rate health revenue bonds (Reid Hospital) series 2005A to 'AAA/A-1+' from 'AAA/A-1'. Our initial rating on the bonds was incorrectly assigned on Feb. 19, 2009, based on JPMorgan Chase&Co.'s rating (see "Rating Actions Taken on JPMorgan Chase&Co.-Backed Public Finance Issues Report Says", RatingsDirect, Feb. 19, 2009). However, the bonds are enhanced by JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. (AA-/A-1+) and our revised rating reflects this enhancement.
