S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A-1+', 'A-1', and 'A-1' short-term ratings to Philadelphia's series A-1, B-1, and C-1; A-2, B-2, and C-2; and A-3, B-3, and C-3 airport revenue commercial paper (CP) notes, respectively, based on irrevocable direct-pay letters of credit (LOCs) provided by T.D. Bank N.A. (series A-1, B-1, and C-1), Citibank N.A. (series A-2, B-2, and C-2), and Wells Fargo Bank N.A. (series A-3, B-3, and C-3). The issuer can issue up to $350 million of CP notes with a maturity up to 270 days. The aggregate CP note amount of all series cannot exceed the stated respective LOC amount and the amounts due upon note maturity funded in full with amounts available under the LOC. The LOCs
