S&P Global Ratings raised the short-term component of its rating on Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency's series 2004-83C, 2004-86B, and 2005-89 single-family mortgage revenue bonds to 'AA+/A-1+' from 'AA+/A-1'. The outlook is stable. This rating action reflects our assessment of the replacement of the standby-bond-purchase agreements (SBPAs) provided by The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. with new SBPAs provided by TD Bank N.A., effective Aug. 16, 2017. The long-term component of the rating on each of the series reflects our opinion of the credit strength of Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency's parity resolution. The 'A-1+' short-term component of the rating on the series 2004-83C, 2004-86B, and 2005-89 bonds reflects the short-term component of the issuer credit rating on TD Bank N.A. and
