Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to Orange County, N.C.'s series 2015 public facilities company limited obligation bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA+' rating on the county's existing appropriation backed debt and affirmed our 'AAA' long-term rating on the county's GO debt. The outlook on all ratings is stable. In our opinion, the rating on the 2015 bonds reflects: The security provided by the installment financing contract and trust agreement, and The county's very strong creditworthiness.
