S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to the city of Omaha, Neb.'s series 2019A special tax revenue redevelopment bonds. S&P Global Ratings also assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to the city of Omaha Public Facilities Corp.'s series 2019C lease revenue and refunding bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our: 'AA+' long-term rating on Omaha Parking Facilities Corp. and Omaha Public Facilities Corp.'s existing lease revenue bonds, supported by the city of Omaha; 'AA+' ratings on the city's existing general obligation (GO) and special tax revenue bonds; and 'AA+' rating on the Omaha-Douglas Public Building Commission's debt outstanding.
