S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to the city of Omaha, Neb.'s anticipated $94.5 million series 2023 various purpose bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating on Omaha Parking Facilities Corp.'s and Omaha Public Facilities Corp.'s existing lease revenue bonds; its 'AA+' rating on the city's existing general obligation (GO) and special tax revenue bonds; and its 'AA+' rating on the Omaha-Douglas Public Building Commission's debt outstanding. The outlook on all ratings is stable. The series 2023 and GO bonds are secured by the city's full faith and credit unlimited ad valorem tax GO pledge.
