S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority's (OCIA) approximately $161.6 million endowed chairs funding program bonds, series 2021A (federally taxable), issued on behalf of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. The outlook is stable. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AA' general obligation (GO) debt rating on Oklahoma and its 'AA-' long-term rating on the state's outstanding appropriation-backed debt, issued for Oklahoma by the OCIA and Oklahoma Development Finance Authority.
