Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A+' underlying rating (SPUR), and stable outlook, on the New York State Dormitory Authority's master Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) program lease revenue bonds series 2008, issued on behalf of the Oneida, Herkimer, and Madison (OHM) BOCES; on the master BOCES program lease revenue bonds series 2004, issued on behalf of the Broome, Delaware, and Tioga (BDT) BOCES; and on the master BOCES program lease revenue bonds series 2002, issued on behalf of the Madison and Oneida (MO) BOCES. There is a lease agreement between the authority and each BOCES securing each respective bond issue.
