Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A+' rating and stable outlook on the New York State Dormitory Authority's master BOCES program lease revenue bonds series 2002, issued on behalf of the Madison and Oneida (MO) Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES).
