S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to New York City's general obligation (GO) bonds fiscal 2014 series D, subseries D-3 that convert from adjustable weekly rate mode to fixed-rated, stepped-coupon bonds on or about Aug. 13, 2019. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+/A-1' joint-support rating to the city's GO bonds fiscal 2014 series I, subseries I-3. The outlook on the city's GO rating is stable.
