...S&P Global Ratings assigned its '##' long-term rating to New York City's $1.1 billion fiscal 2021 series F general obligation (GO) bonds, which consist of: + Subseries F-1 (approximately $900 million, tax-exempt); + Subseries F-2 (approximately $107.2 million, taxable); and + Subseries F-3 (approximately $92.8 million, taxable). At the same time, we assigned our '##' long-term rating to each of the series below, which are GO variable-rate bonds that will be reoffered in fixed rate mode on March 24, 2021, the conversion date: + Fiscal 2008 series L, subseries L-5 (approximately $109.1 million); and + Fiscal 2021 series 1 (approximately $239.9 million, previously fiscal 2012, subseries G-3, subseries G-4, subseries G-6, and subseries G-7).
