S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to Moore Norman Technology School District No. 17, Okla.'s series 2016 building bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating on Cleveland County Public Facilities Authority's educational facilities lease revenue bonds, supported by the district.
