Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised the outlook on its 'AA+' issuer credit rating on Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) and its 'AA+' long-term and underlying (SPUR) ratings on MHFA's related debt to stable from positive based on our view of the agency's current credit profile and continuing levels of very strong capital adequacy. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed MHFA's ICR and the ratings on MHFA's related debt. MHFA's top-tier status is also affirmed, reflecting our opinion of the agency's ability and willingness to provide additional credit support to all rated debt.
