Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its rating on Minneapolis (Allina Hospital and Clinics), Minn.'s health care system variable rate demand revenue bonds series 2007C-1 and 2007C-2 to 'AAA/A-1+' from AA+/Watch Dev/A-1+ based on the application of Standard&Poor's low correlation joint criteria with a letter of credit from Wells Fargo Bank (AA/A-1+) and Allina Hospital and Clinics (A).
